This place is horrible! There is no privacy, large room with several chairs where everyone hears all details on each others dental health. I had a bridge done, not even close to same color as my teeth. when I complained they put it on me saying I had seen the color guide and agreed. this happened after being in that dental chair for over an hour, given shots for pain, listening to everyone else's problems! to top it all off a full year after the service they tell me they no longer accept my insurance, then bill me for an add... read more
I just saw that they are not BBB accredited but continue to display that they are. I talked to the lady at the front desk at the end of the appointment, but I felt myself getting too angry at the time to discuss. Below is the list of issues that I saw 1. I made an appointment for a CHILD. The expectation I had was to see a Pediatric Dentist as pediatric services are listed for my 5 year old NOT a general dentist. 2. I had a deep root cleaning in 2 sessions. 1/ 6 and 1/ 12 /22. *******, who processes billing for **************, gave me a **** for this process on 1/6 for $2336.00 of which included a 30 day cleaning and a 6 month visit.She also told that I have to pay $400.00 out of pocket because the insurance did not cover everything. How did she know that the insurance would not pay the $400.00.? I questioned her why she knew this without billing Cigna. Her answer was just because. Springtown Smiles is an awesome dentist! The staff is very friendly and the dentist is great! He was patient with me, explained what he was about to do, and made it the best experience it could be. I had a deep cleaning done and a few cavities filled. I was very nervous but he definitely made me feel at ease and talked me through it. Very clean lobby, procedure room, and bathrooms. Horrible work and horrible customer service. Can't get a solution to save the world. Staff gives you the run around about every thing. I spent my hard earn money on getting invis-align to correct my teeth which wasn't bad to begin with and was initially told that it would take less than 8 months. Well that 8 months turned into 2 years from the horrible scheduling and call service. This dental office is a chain owned by ***********************. They do not provide exceptional patient care, nor do they value their employees. I would not recommend anyone to go to any of their 20+ offices.
