I had a deep root cleaning in 2 sessions. 1/ 6 and 1/ 12 /22. *******, who processes billing for **************, gave me a **** for this process on 1/6 for $2336.00 of which included a 30 day cleaning and a 6 month visit.She also told that I have to pay $400.00 out of pocket because the insurance did not cover everything. How did she know that the insurance would not pay the $400.00.? I questioned her why she knew this without billing Cigna. Her answer was just because. Springtown Smiles is an awesome dentist! The staff is very friendly and the dentist is great! He was patient with me, explained what he was about to do, and made it the best experience it could be. I had a deep cleaning done and a few cavities filled. I was very nervous but he definitely made me feel at ease and talked me through it. Very clean lobby, procedure room, and bathrooms. This dental office is a chain owned by ***********************. They do not provide exceptional patient care, nor do they value their employees. I would not recommend anyone to go to any of their 20+ offices.
