Nothing but the best customer service
My husband and I just recently purchased our home and wanted all the floors cleaned before moving in, including, tile, grout and the carpet in all 4 bedrooms. All together the cost was almost $500, which really isn’t bad considering the entire house was needing to be cleaned. I was very impressed on their availability and how soon they were able to come out to the property, definitely a 10 out of 10. However, the carpet in all 4 bedrooms was very poorly cleaned. I had horchata spilled in the floor of my truck and I called to see if they could help me get it out so it didn't make my truck smell bad. They got me in same day got my truck cleaned and did an awesome job. They are so kind and helpful. If I ever need any cleaning done again I'll be calling them first as well as telling anybody I know about there wonderful service. Thank you so much !!!!
I highly recommend this business to anyone new to our town. I called to have my carpets cleaned for the 1st time. Little did I know our daughter would breakout in a skin rash. I recalled and explained everything. I felt awful and told the receptionist not to make anybody at fault. The owner wanted to speak with me in regards to my daughters skin condition. He made sure my concerns were heard and h sent his workers to fix my carpets again. This is how you keep your customers. I will continue to use them for all of my cleaning... read more
