The progress my son has shown is amazing also all his staff could not ask for a better place!
My child been going here for almost 2 years now!! I want to start off by saying this establishment is a joke!!!! If your child cry when on the way to school believe them. They don’t want to go and for good reason. Always listen to your child! The workers act as if they own the place!! Nobody ever has an answer for you! My two children have been attending Cortica for OT, ABA, and SLP for over 3 years now and they LOVE it! Both of my children enjoy and look forward to their therapy sessions at Cortica because of how kind, caring, attentive and supportive all of the staff have been. I highly recommend quite a few of the individual staff members, however, every single person at the West Springfield location greet you with a smile, are always so helpful and are always willing to do what they can to support your child and their family.
