James has completed several jobs in my park model home over the last five years: hot water heater replacement, RO water filter, water softener, kitchen sink replacement, shower drain replacement and faucet installations. James is on time, polite and gets the job done with no fussing. James gift is honesty and being a highly competent tradesman. I highly recommend his services for any plumbing concern. He knows what he’s doing!

I had james do a sizable plumbing job for me about a year ago and was very satisfied. In preparation for renting out the property I had him come by and check out a few things and asked for a general inspection. He pointed out a few things that I would never have caught and took care of everything. Fair pricing and honest work, I would definitely use again.
