UNSAFE COMMUNITY!!!! The unhoused has been sleeping under the parking deck for months! Informed management and of course they are going to take care of it. Fast forward to now 8/5/25 THERE WAS AN UNHOUSED MAN SLEEPING INSIDE OF OUR BUILDING UNDER THE STAIRWELL!!! The door to our building requires a key fob to enter but has also been broken for months. We have informed management about this SEVERAL times. This has been an ongoing issue and they keep sending maintenance to “fix” the door but apparently they’re doing patch work... read more
My water temperature was below normal on a weekend , I submitted my service request and call the office to see if anyone could still come out . Amazing was so helpful she was able to call maintenance and he came right over to fix the problem ..
Have been totally polite with my request. Scheduled a replacement, never showed up. Simple request. Office is polite, however simple requests should be fulfilled as required by residents. Multiple police residents, (I’m sure they are getting a discount) with marked patrol cars, yet serve no purpose for the community in terms of deterrence.
I came to view the apartments this past weekend, and Yasmine Williams was the ultimate in patience, courteousness and information. The layout and the fact that it is right near the police department makes me feel much safer. My decision has been made, and I look forward to moving into the community This is a real person, and real review by Shawanna Williams. Thanks again Yasmine.
