Yasmine is such an amazing person! Not only did she help us find our first home in Georgia, but she treated us with kindness. My daughter is very fond of her (she gets icicles from her lol) but all jokes aside, the professionalism and manner in which she handles everything is everything we’d hope for when it comes to management. It truly shows that she cares and is committed to her job and the people in her community. Highly recommended!
Springside is a beautiful community in the heart of downtown Powder Springs. Unfortunately, some of our residents will not follow community rules. People are allowing their pets to use the bathroom in undesignated areas and not picking up after them. Our breezeways have a constant odor due to residents leaving their trash outside their units at inappropriate extended times. Our stairwells are not being cleaned on a routine basis, which creates odor and filth. There will need to be more enforcement of community rules and cons... read more
