I recently purchased a home with existing panel blinds that needed replacement rollers. The parts were difficult to source, but the track labeling led me back to Springs Window Fashions. Despite the original order dating back to 2011—and the fact that I was not the original purchaser—Springs Window Fashions honored the product and sent replacement rollers at no cost. Blind came damaged. Inferior product and customer service was zero help. Thanked me for my purchase though lol. I do not recommend buying from springs window fashions.
Not bad picking up with 1 hours
I have had nothing but wonderful customer service from Springs Window Fashions/Graeber. They helped me with a window covering repair from JCPenny. JCPenny custom decorating shut down during Covid (2020) so I had to call Graeber, and they are now a division of Springs Window Fashions. Excellent customer service, and Haylee Stetts (customer service) made sure everything was scheduled, and they paid my shipping to and from to get repaired.
