This is the lowest rating I can give, but would like it to be lower. I have been I have been dealing with this company since May when I sent material-via flat rate mailer to be reviewed for Roman shades. They repackaged it against my wishes into an oversized box and it will cost 7 times as much to get my material back. I have been given phone numbers which don’t work, emails that don’t get answered and personal who intermittently respond to emails-if they are not in a meeting. I ordered my blinds, they came measured, they came to install, could only partially install due to not having all the parts, had to call myself 3 times finally they ordered the pieces missing this is on 10/31 wont be shipped to the installer until 11/15 or after, windows are in my office I am sitting here 8 hours a day with not blinds in the hot sun as we took the old blinds down for them to install the new ones 4 days ago....unacceptable spoke to a supervisor nothing they can do for me call Lowes that is who we ordered them... read more
