10/10 service. This was my first time ever getting my ducts cleaned by springs heating, and wow. It really was a great experience, Eric not only did an incredible job with the furnace, but he talked me through everything I needed to know incase a problem occurred and was very genuine. David, i believe he was just starting out with the company, but he was extremely enthusiastic and I could tell he did everything with TLC. overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be a repeat customer!
Our furnace and AC replacement were done by RJ and Chad of Spring’ Servicing & Heating. The workmanship is excellent and they clean up after the work is done. We are very happy with the results.
Just had Spring's in to replace an inducer motor in the furnace. Friendly service and price was reasonable unlike another well known company. Spring's will probably become my new furnace cleaning/repair company to use. Found out about them as my neighbour's son works for them.
While we've had good service from them in the past (technicians have always been good, but office has often been rude), but we're extremely disappointed now. Facts: - Our furnace was working before the technician came out for a tune-up - After the tune-up it no longer works at all We knew the furnace was nearing the end of its lifecycle and would need to be replaced at some point soon, but somehow we paid them for a tune-up and were left with a non-functioning furnace.
