I had been looking for a long time to find my dog, Birdie, a primary care doctor. I was so thankful to find Dr. Kopp and the crew at Pet Medical. Their membership plan was also very appealing and the location was near us. She received great care. I think Springs & Linder Pet Medical is perfect if you primarily need annual check ups, shots and teeth cleanings. My dog began having seizures and neurotoxic symptoms (facial paralysis, inability to stand, etc) which was an emergency case. I had an appointment scheduled the same day this began and asked to come in an hour and an half early, they could not accept me, which is fine. I ended up taking my girl to an emergency clinic and thank God I did because two different doctors informed me that the dose of the antibiotic metronidazole that the staff at Springs Pet Med prescribed my dog was too high for her size, which could have been fa... read more

We just moved over to Spring Pet Medical Care to join their membership plan. Such a fabulous plan they have. My dog had the worst plaque on her teeth and I don't know how they made her teeth so white and shiny. They are very helpful, and I can tell they try to save you money where they can. I also appreciate the fact that you can contact them through text messages. Alex, Jaice and Jei were very helpful and kind. Wish I knew about this place long time ago.
