My dog began having seizures and neurotoxic symptoms (facial paralysis, inability to stand, etc) which was an emergency case. I had an appointment scheduled the same day this began and asked to come in an hour and an half early, they could not accept me, which is fine. We just moved over to Spring Pet Medical Care to join their membership plan. Such a fabulous plan they have. My dog had the worst plaque on her teeth and I don't know how they made her teeth so white and shiny. They are very helpful, and I can tell they try to save you money where they can. I also appreciate the fact that you can contact them through text messages. Alex, Jaice and Jei were very helpful and kind. Wish I knew about this place long time ago.

I got my first ever puppy and was recommended to Springs Medical by a friend, and they have been amazing. From day one they have helped me his vaccines, his neutering, and all of my questions. Alex, Jake, Dr. Kopp and everyone in between have been life savers for me and my pups. Highly recommend for all animals, young and old.

I had such a great experience at Springs Pet Medical! From the moment I walked in everyone was welcoming and professional. Jake, the vet tech, was amazing! He was kind, patient and not to mention great at making my puppy very comfortable. Dr. Klopp was just as wonderful, very informative answering all of my questions. The two of them make such a great team! I highly recommend Springs Pet Medical if you're looking for a team that has all around great knowledge and service.
