Walked in on a whim, and i wish I kept walking! Girls were busy but nearly finished up with a couple of ladies. I was pointed to a chair to sit in but it was dirty from the last client (had nail filings and an old dirty towel on it so i sat in a different chair then they made me wait for 30mins in the chair while they took in other clients before they started the water and my pedicure. ok, she apologised for the wait. I’ve visited this shop twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. During my most recent visit, I came to fix a broken toenail and understood that they were busy, so I patiently waited. However, when I noticed another nail was broken during the process, I was told to wait again, even though I was already being helped.
