I have nothing but good things to say about the AC repair service. They are excellent. They needed to order a part for my unit and told us when they would come, and they arrived right on time. Springs Heating & Cooling came out to do warranty work on our old AC system. In the past, other technicians just added refrigerant, which only fixed the issue for a short time and never checked why the system was leaking. This time, Harold did a detailed inspection and showed me exactly what was causing the leak and affecting the performance of the unit. He explained the steps needed to fix the problem for good. I'm really happy with the service and will be using them for all my heating and cooling needs in Willow Springs.
