I have nothing but good things to say about the AC repair service. They are excellent. They needed to order a part for my unit and told us when they would come, and they arrived right on time. Keith had our furnace working again in less than 10 minutes. If anyone in Willow Springs has trouble with their heating or cooling, these are the folks to call. Springs Heating & Cooling came out to do warranty work on our old AC system. In the past, other technicians just added refrigerant, which only fixed the issue for a short time and never checked why the system was leaking. This time, Harold did a detailed inspection and showed me exactly what was causing the leak and affecting the performance of the unit. He explained the steps needed to fix the problem for good. I'm really happy with the service and will be using them for all my heating and cooling needs in Willow Springs.
Springs Heating & Cooling responded right away when I had an issue with my HVAC system. Miguel came by on Sunday to check everything out and give me an estimate. Then, early Monday morning at 8:30, the team arrived right on time to replace my furnace and air conditioner. The work was done quickly, professionally, and they kept everything clean. One of the furnaces at my church in Willow Springs stopped working. I called the company that originally did the installation and got an appointment for later in the week. i woke up to a broken heater, so i called my maintenance service. they got back to me quickly and set up a good time for a technician to come out. raymond arrived right at the start of the scheduled time. he found the issue fast, used a part he had with him, and explained everything to me. he finished the heater repair in about an hour. the price was fair. raymond worked quickly, was tidy, polite, and friendly. now my heater works great and i had a really good experience with their service. excellent job!
