Springs Heating & Cooling responded right away when I had an issue with my HVAC system. Miguel came by on Sunday to check everything out and give me an estimate. Then, early Monday morning at 8:30, the team arrived right on time to replace my furnace and air conditioner. The work was done quickly, professionally, and they kept everything clean. They finished up around 3pm. I really appreciate how fast they helped me out and I definitely recommend their service to anyone in Willow Springs.
One of the furnaces at my church in Willow Springs stopped working. I called the company that originally did the installation and got an appointment for later in the week. i woke up to a broken heater, so i called my maintenance service. they got back to me quickly and set up a good time for a technician to come out. raymond arrived right at the start of the scheduled time. he found the issue fast, used a part he had with him, and explained everything to me. he finished the heater repair in about an hour. the price was fair. raymond worked quickly, was tidy, polite, and friendly. now my heater works great and i had a really good experience with their service. excellent job!
When my central air conditioner stopped cooling during a heat wave, I really needed fast service. I called a few places, but Springs Heating & Cooling was the only company able to send someone the same day. Raymond arrived, ran some tests, and found that my system was low on refrigerant.
