Feel like the loading process takes longer than it has to. Got here at 1115 for a 1215 appointment. Got a door right away, started loading then it seems like half way through they slowed down significantly putting pellets on with a period of about 30 min where nothing was happening (which I assume was for a break). And I'm the only truck in the door.

No restroom check in at phone they put papers in the back of the trailer and they seal the trailer
Do not buy this companies Bali blinds, they look nice, but the handle to close blinds is made of 1mm plastic and easily breaks, and thats if you ever get them installed. The metal bracket that holds them on the wall is not designed well enough to fit the blinds and mangles and scratches them greatly after a lot of reforming and hassle. This product line was clearly designed to fail intentionally because no one expecting a product to satisfy a customer would have released these to the public.
