Went to a friends wedding this weekend in door co. The wedding officiant, sherry sommers, missed the wedding rehearsal, called when she was already supposed to be there to say she would be late to the wedding, called the bride and groom by the wrong names, told the groom,"I know." When he tried to correct her, proceeded to call the bride by the wrong name again , and read a program that WASNT theirs. Not one part of it was for their actual wedding. Sherry Sommers, The Door County Wedding Officiant, ruined my friends’ wedding ceremony yesterday. She arrived late. She got on stage and called the couple by the WRONG NAMES. Everyone was shocked. The groom composed himself and stopped her to correct her to which she replied “I know.” Did not apologize, did not start the ceremony over.
