Lost power to the well pump for my Montauk home. Called FLE at 9am, their tech was here at 10:30am and he identified and corrected a wiring issue. Professional, good-natured fella that had me back in business for a very fair price. Quite satisfied with the response and service.
Showed up at 1pm to install two new ceiling replacement fans . Sat in their van in driveway for 30 minutes before they came into the house . Took an hour to install fans and left at 2:30 . Then got billed for 21/2 hours for labor which added hundreds to the bill. All documented by our daughter and through our ring video. First and last time using their service. Beware!!
