We had a great experience with Smith Douglas Homes. Kristin was an amazing agent very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. Scottie, the builder, did an excellent job and made sure everything was completed with care and attention to detail. The communication from both of them made the process smooth and stress-free. We are very happy with our new home and would definitely recommend this team!
WARNING FOR NEW BUYGER!! Be cautions of this company!! They do a subpar job on the house, they will promise you everything until you sign they its tough luck. Its been 3 years trying to get them to fix their bad workmanship and I've been given the run around. Extremely Disappointed, Future Homeowners please check on your outdoor paint specially the trim. New place easy access
RUN!!!!! I purchased my newly built home in April and not even a month later received a huge water bill. The next month received another expensive water bill. Didn't know why. Called the water company and was told someone had been using my water. I then called the builder. He said to give him a copy of my bill. He only gave me a portion of one of the bills.
