Not so sure about the other two reviews, but I have never experienced the issue described in those posts. The staff in the leasing office is friendly and attends to our concerns or questions immediately. Maintainance is also good, I lived in 1 bedroom apartment for 6 months and any maintainance issue was taken care on same day. I lived in third floor and never experienced any disturbances. I will not recommend Tyvola centre apartment homes to any one esp. because of bad staff. The staffs are so rude and not at all nice. The ladies in office are crazy, they carry so much of attitude and lack professionalism by big chunk. They bring attitude with them to work. Initially they will sound so help full and convincing to sign a lease with them. But once you sign the lease they care less about your troubles.
