My husband and I absolutely LOVE living here! We recently relocated from Texas and Kayla made the entire process so smooth. She was incredibly knowledgeable, communicative, and genuinely kind every step of the way. When we arrived, we were honestly blown away — the community exceeded all of our expectations. Justice showed me the apartment and I just loved her!!!!! Although my husband said no to apartment life, I am still considering.
Highly recommend considering the Springs at Red Mountain. The property is super nice and the apartments are even nicer. When it comes to management, Kayla made the process super straight forward and was there to help every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to call my new home. 10/10
So far so good. 3 months in. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly and repairs are completed without leaving a trace. That crew is great. The grounds are well kept. The staff is friendly. The amenities are adequate for my needs. I would recommend this community without hesitation.
I am very impressed with the customer service. Everything has not been perfect but the fact that the staff is always positive upbeat and empathetic even days they probably don’t want to be which really means a lot. Most apartment complexes I usually have a hard time getting a hold of the front desk but some one is usually always available here.
