It’s a great place to live, it’s safe and quiet. I’m happy so far.
We really had a great experience living here. Kayla at the front desk was always readily available to answer any questions or concerns we had since the moment we moved in. She did a great job getting back to us by email or text also. As for the billing system, make sure when your about to move out to look for any discrepancies as there was an accidental overcharge on our second to last bill; however, Kayla and Frank were quick to credit the amount back and rectify the situation. Renewing my lease was an easy decision. I've had a great experience living here. The management and staff are responsive, friendly and ready to help. Kayla in particular has been incredibly helpful and quick to address questions and concerns. The maintenance team is on the ball and does a good job of keeping the property well maintained. The pricing is fair, if not a steal for the quality, location and amenities offered. Overall neighbors are friendly too. I recommend living here!
