I am very impressed with the customer service. Everything has not been perfect but the fact that the staff is always positive upbeat and empathetic even days they probably don’t want to be which really means a lot. Most apartment complexes I usually have a hard time getting a hold of the front desk but some one is usually always available here. I think Frank and Kayla are top Tier and hope they get the credit they deserve. Charging stations for EVs and better key fob could make the experience better but the front staff makes... read more

I’ve been renting with Springs at red mountain for almost a year and a half. They have always been a pleasure to work with and are super friendly and always willing to help. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent an apartment!
