I recently did an apartment tour of this location. I believe the leasing office is the face of the community and represents how issues are handled once you are a resident. My tour felt very rushed even though I setup an appointment. I was shown the 2 bedroom very quickly and was asked did I still need to see the 1 bedroom even though I specifically asked to see both. Very well organized , clean environment, respected neighbors. Strongly recommend place to stay.
High rent for a mediocre place.
Currently living here ,I's the worst , they also relax the rules for certain people ,i forget the trash can one time we're emailed for 30 dollar fines the next time but people next door leaves there trash everyday but no fines for them ? Also I can't bbq with charcoal but the building next to mine bbq with charcoal every Sunday ?the rules our relaxed for others and I don't want to even go into the issues with the lady down stairs who seems to be mentally unstable and for eight months or more kept her dog unleashed for everyo... read more
