I arrived Saturday afternoon. No one was there. There was a note on the door that said to tenants that if they are one day late on rent they have to pay a $100 fine. Next to this it says Good Sam . Eventually, A person showed up at the office. They charged me $33.00. I asked for the WiFi code. She said unless you are standing within 10 feet of her door they have no WiFi access.
