Cigarette smell constantly crept in from outside, staff refused to take action. I'd give them zero stars if I could.
I don't recommend this company for a person that is struggling with mental illness. Or for a place of employment. I have seen several issues here. Threats and physical violence between clients and towards staff are not properly dealt with. Management are very uncaring and unprofessional. Health insurance and benefits are terrible. With only high deductible options. You have to wait several months to accure PTO. The company values education. It started out very well with having a fact team .. And then they just stopped doing their jobs all but one or 2 they didn't help me with anything that they was supposed 2 in securing housing they was just going to allow me 2 be homeless again I ended up taking the initiative to find and secure an apartment on my own once I did I was still supposed to have services with spring path but they dropped me a week into me getting into the apartment i had no bed or anything witch is all things that the team always supposed to suppo... read more
