It's very proactive and work hard to make the community feel like a neighborhood.
The HOA is the worst I have ever dealt with would never reccomend anyone to live here which is a shame since the community is very nice with well built homes. HOA fees are over priced for what you get and the select few that keep being reelected feel it makes sense to raise them.
Nice place to live.
