Most incompetent pharmacy I have dealt with ever !!!
The worst customer service EVER! Not very friendly at all! They can't keep things straight first they told me they lost my mothers prescription came out to the parking lot saying they found it when in fact they actually DID NOT! Awful awful will NEVER go back. They should NOT be open! Don't even deserve 1 star!
I like my Dr Sushma Sudigala she is friendly takes good care of her patients and is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My only one complaint and frustration with the clinic is that it’s difficult to book an appointment via phone. It’s never answered. I have tried several times today and other days to book and not once so far, did I get a person to pick up the call. So now I have to drive down to the clinic just to book an appointment. My family doctor is Dr. Sushma Sudigala, and my husband’s doctor is Dr. Srinivas Sudigala. Both are excellent — they listen carefully, address concerns thoroughly, and provide the right treatment. We usually visit as walk-in patients, and if you arrive around 8:30–8:55 AM, you're typically seen within 15 to 30 minutes. The staff is also very polite and professional. The desk staff need to more patient caring. They tell you they will take care of a important matter and they don’t. They hardly answer the phones i can call straight for longest so far 2 hours and no one answers. I have to call the pharmacist and they are so nice they transfer me to someone right away. Manager of the front desk needs to do something this isn’t how a clinic should be ran.
