The Best in the West! 🏅
Went in for a $3K loan and the staff didn't even take into consideration that I had $343,618.12 of equity in my home that's currently on the market. Their only concern was that my DTI ratio was too high. I would understand if i was asking for a $25K loan which is the highest they offer but I wasn't. The staff is rude, they don't acknowledge new applicants even when there are no current applicants. Don't waste your time, not recommended.
