Went in for a $3K loan and the staff didn't even take into consideration that I had $343,618.12 of equity in my home that's currently on the market. Their only concern was that my DTI ratio was too high. I would understand if i was asking for a $25K loan which is the highest they offer but I wasn't. The staff is rude, they don't acknowledge new applicants even when there are no current applicants. Don't waste your time, not recommended.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I was making a sale on my car and they were about to potentially ruin the sale Prior to the sale I called to and made sure information about my agreement with the company would not be discussed in front of my client. They’ll release sensitive information about the agreement (loan) in-front of the buyer in an unprofessional manner. If I could give 0 stars I would.
