The employees at the broadway springleaf financial including the manager have horrible customer service and dont care about their customers no matter how long you have been with them. If you ever want to open a new loan, drive to the fairview springleaf branch, they are awesome! Its the same company but if you open a new loan at one you cant go through the other if you have a problem. They are much more helpful at the fairview branch and will do anything to help you out.
