I completely hate this place and I am so glad I was able to move. Constant noise ; the numerous speed bumps, the mailbox so far away . It’s not 1982 - this place is so trashy and dated . My oven didn’t work but I had a slumlord Oh and I didn’t buy the thrift store furniture- the lazy slumlord didn’t clean it out like it was requested before I moved in!
Trash HOA. The manager nick is incompetent. Maintenance crews do a bunch of busy work but accomplish nothing other than being a nuisance to owners. In the winter they don’t salt anything but the stairs so both you and your car will be sliding all over the place.
