This facility has been permanently closed as of 6/1/2015. Our families experience with this facility was very mixed. They seemed to be relatively disorganized and staff turnover was very high. I would be very skeptical of any facility run by HCR ManorCare. The profitability/viability of managed care operations is generally dependent on scale, so closing a facility does not bode well for the health of this company.
