Under the leadership of Sandra Oliver, who sadly passed away last year, my experience with SpringHouse was five stars, both medical and administrative. In fact the services my brother received was of such high quality, my husband and I entrusted SpringHouse to also care for my 92-year-old mother in law until she passed in 2023. Such a great community and amazing residents. Stafff are on top of things and always fun activities here !!
Always short staff and caregivers aren't certified they feed their residents on paper plates and plastic utensils, food always cold lets not even talk about the dietary department and house keeping overall I give this place an F
