Terrible experience. Ann seemed great when I first worked with her, I asked her to make me an outdoor Farmhouse table. In addition to reviewing the style with me she assured me that it would withstand the elements. 1 month after delivery the table was already cracking and splintering. I called and sent Ann several pictures. She offered to replace the tabletop. Love to visit the Brandywine Valley and Spring House is a must stop. I love to stop at road side shops but it's rare to find the quality of craftsmanship you find here. You can have your well-made furniture totally customized for you and the prices are unbelievable. The accent pieces and accessories are so much fun and very unique. Check out the fabric and rug section. The owner also does custom bathroom and kitchen designs. I can't say enough about this one of a kind shops.
