Usual terrible lack of service this am. Joined the queue at no 24. Held for 45 mins to get to no 3 where the line was disconnected, presumably all their slots gone. Do they really think people have nothing better to do with their time. Just the norm there now
On 4 June 2025, I called to Gordon's chemist to pick up prescription, again it wasn't there. I went upstairs to Springhill surgery, as it would be a waste of time to phone, only to be told that only one of the prescriptions was signed, the other wasn't and either way because one was acute they would never be dropped down stairs to the chemist. Appalling service. Called on Monday for blood pressure and anti depressant prescription knowing I had enough to last me until Friday. Called the chemist on the Friday to see if the prescription was there - it wasn't. Called the surgery and on hold for 1 hour 18 minutes when the call was cut off. Called again and another 49 minutes and cut off. So now I have the bank holiday weekend with no BP pills or anti depressants - this isn't the first time I've had to try and get an emergency prescription issued by the pharmacist. Who ... read more
