I had decided to stay this hotel based off past experience with them. This time was different I came into town from upstate New York to celebrate my mother and sister birthday. I had a very disappointing stay at the SpringHill Suites in Woodbridge. Housekeeping was extremely slow — even after requesting service at 6:00 AM, my room was still not cleaned when I returned at 3:00 PM. I was told it would be done between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM, but it never happened. The fridge in the room was not functional so my food went bad! I found 2 roaches in the room at 11pm went downstairs and the male guy at the front desk told me to grab both key cards to switch room I came back down and now he told me since we are not staying another day he cant do anything because he doesn't know how to override the rooms so I paid to sleep here im writing these review while looking for another place that will check me in to get sleep he literally said he cant do anything for us now because we booked through 3rd party now he said he can walk us to another room but he ne... read more
