We stayed at SpringHill Suites in Navarre Beach as a stop on our way to Panama City, and it was a great experience. The hotel is right on the beach, offering beautiful views and easy access to the sand. The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern — perfect for relaxing after a long drive. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and couldn’t have been more impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt at ease. We absolutely loved it. Breakfast every morning was delicious. The beach was super close. You can reserve the chairs and umbrellas at the beach and not have to wake up super early to get them. The pool was really nice. The bar at the pool was great! Dustin was phenomenal and made amazing drinks. This is the worst maintained pool I have ever seen in a Marriott hotel full of sand water was cloudy and pool bottom had mold. The hotel itself is pretty by the outside but the rooms and lobby barely cleaned on a daily basis. Slow elevators only two for a pretty bus and busy hotel. I usually stay with in Marriott hotels because of the cleanliness and service but this one really disappointed me and not to mention how expensive it was. Not returning to this one. Oh and the breakfast was not what I expected to say the least.

We were very excited about this trip but it turned out pretty poor unfortunately. The hotel location, beach and amenities are very nice. However, the service, maintenance and cleanliness were very poor. The lady working the front desk was terrible. When asked about a cart to move our luggage she just flat out said we don’t have any. No towels were available the whole time for the pool or beach and the checkout lady would not let me use a gift card.
