My colleague stayed here over the weekend. I just can’t believe she was racially discriminated against by Susan and then now the REGIONAL MANAGER is discredited her as though she’s wrong and SUSAN is right. I’ve known her for so long and I can’t believe that someone would racially profile, harass and target her and her family. I pray that the solution is to hold SUSAN accountable. I feel as though this is truly a HATE CRIME
I just want to say that the night receptionist was great. We first arrived and could hear people having sex extremely loud and she moved us immediately. We came to town for a family members funeral so I was already emotionally drained so for what was to come the next morning with the day staff just really had even more emotional drained.
