Very convenient to freeway access in all directions. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was included. Only issue was the noise of the HVAC system.

I stayed here June 28th and forgot a pair of shoes they said they found them and would mail them out if I sent shipping label its been months and I haven't received them and got the round around today they said the person originally helping me is no longer there and the shoes are gone. Don't recommend staying here not the nicest, cleanest, and to top it off won't return your stuff if you leave it behind.

I booked and paid through their website, then went in to check in at 4 AM, exactly as I was told I could. Instead of a welcome, I was met with rudeness from the very start. No smile, no greeting, not even basic courtesy. The man at the front desk acted like I was personally ruining his day just by showing up — if rolling your eyes at paying guests is part of the “service package,” congratulations, you nailed it. The general manager somalen woman iis so mean and rude and the front desk people are so unprofessional and disorganized messed up all my account over charge me every single time they have mold in the bathroom I took a video of my children got sick they can't get over the coughing from all that mold n mikdew
