What a disgrace this place is. I was flying to Sarasota from Barcelona and our plane was delayed and did not arrive until a little before midnight. They had given away my confirmed room without even notifying me. So I arrive at midnight have no room and I’m stuck. This place is a real stain on the Marriott Bonvoy brand. If I could give zero stars I would, but Bonvoy will certainly get a mouthful from me about this place. Don’t arrive late or you may not have a room, even though you have a confirmed reservation.
Marriott Bonvoy members for 30 years had a reservation at this hotel using a free night. Arrived at the hotel after a full day of travel at midnight and told our room was given away with no notification. Referred to another Marriott property.
I enjoyed my stay, rooms were well cleaned, no smell at all, good breakfast, staff is very kind, high lights for housekeeping crew and manager.
My family loved this hotel! Location is great, minutes from everywhere. I have a big family and the room accommodates up to 6 people very comfortably. Housekeeping crew was like a cherry on the top, good people, ready to help, everything was well cleaned, professionals. I want to congratulate manager and housekeeping manager, we felt cared.
