Did not enjoy my stay.. booked this location because it’s near the beach and free parking but I guess you get what you pay for. The staff doesn’t even have uniforms so walking in I was already hesitant.. then going into my room and doing my own inspection there are ants and BEDBUGS.. to which of course they deny despite me having photos. Breakfast is literally non existent.. nothing is fresh. Coffee was even old.
We arrived to check in and the front desk clerk- leann was busy arguing with the cleaning supervisor behind the desk. We were not greeted, not a simple "give me minute". Just completely ignored. After 6 minutes of standing at the front desk waiting in silent treatment, my partner said, "excuse me, you do see me standing here?" leann quipped back, yes but I cant check you in until i get the rooms all cleaned. We stayed one night since we were only in town for a concert. The service was amazing! Sadly we missed the free breakfast since we decided to sleep in before cleck out. We also didn't use the pool. We did have pool view. But it looked muky but we didn't go down and check. The rooms were nice and spacious. The hotel is only 3 floors and it has been clearly used well since the couch had a few stains from over the years and the bathroom shower also looked very used. But the beds were great and the room cooled nicely.
Rooms do not look like the pictures, the property needs to be updated bad. The lobby provided a false sense of hope until you get to your room. The room had stains in the sofa, bathroom counter, nightstands, and desk. The blinds were not functional. Overall this was probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Comparatively to a holiday inn express. The sheets and towels were clean, so thankful for that. Additionally the shower area was filled with stains.
