Great place to rest your head, check was at 12. That made things harder for us to leave, but in a good way. Really enjoyable, breakfast was simple but very nice. Lounge area was nice.

We have stayed at this location several times over the last several years. The last visit was in March 2026. Rooms are started to be a bit worn and the last room's layout made TV viewing from beds almost impossible. The lobby wasnt as welcoming this last visit. Breakfast is decent not great. Charging a fee on the bill for parking is ridiculous. For the price, this location has declined. Since a good option, but for the price not a good value anymore.

I am writing this after the first night, so I hope the stay improves but so far the most praise I can give is that the lobby was appropriately air conditioned and smelt nice and the TV in the room works (all the buttons on the remote not so much). That's it. I should have just stayed at the Holiday Inn in Ozona again. There isn't much in Ozona in terms of conveniences or dining but the hotel was better and the staff made me feel incredibly welcomed. Bobby at the front desk was incredibly rude and refused my service. My sister arrived to check in and from the start had a terrible attitude and proceeded to say our reservation was cancelled when we clearly had a confirmation number. We left frustrated and went to Residence inn and they proceeded to tell us that we did have a reservation. They even called Bobby to confirm and he confirmed.
