Bobby at the front desk was incredibly rude and refused my service. My sister arrived to check in and from the start had a terrible attitude and proceeded to say our reservation was cancelled when we clearly had a confirmation number. We left frustrated and went to Residence inn and they proceeded to tell us that we did have a reservation. They even called Bobby to confirm and he confirmed. Great place to stay and friendly staff and room are clean
I’ve stayed a few times here and it’s great every time. The rooms are spacious, the staff is very accommodating and the breakfast is good. I’ve only visited the bar once but they do have a happy hour which is nice!
I dont like the rooms
This hotel has accomodated our stays expertly even when having to adjust bookings at the last minute. Always professional and helpful.
