The location is excellent, right next to the freeway and you have all the food you could want within 5 minutes of the hotel (don’t sleep on Handels ice cream). The staff were wonderful. When the dryer wasn’t working they just had us put our laundry in the big staff dryer and even offered to bring it up when it was done. Breakfast was always good and there was plenty of it. The room was spacious and clean and made our stay comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again!

Beware of trying to wash clothes here the dryer there’s no other word for it but it sucks. I had half a load in there for 2 1/2 hours and it’s still damp. Don’t try to wash clothes here. My room looks like a laundry mat omg very disappointed, considering the hotel and the rate I would expect first class especially a dryer that can work lol I’ve had $50 washer before that worked a lot better than this one ,

We arrived at this hotel at around 2:00 a.m. after an 8 to 9 hour drive, exhausted and just wanting to check in and rest. Unfortunately, the experience at the front desk set the tone for a very uncomfortable stay. (The room was under my husband’s name) The night clerk (white guy, blonde hair, working on Friday Nov 21 into 22) was incredibly unwelcoming from the moment we walked in.
