Recent construction, great service and a decent breakfast. Despite being recent construction several things just didn’t work. Simple things like soap missing, toilet running etc. Overall clean and safe though
My recent stay at this SpringHill Suites was deeply disappointing, falling vastly short of the standards I expect from a Marriott property, especially as a loyal Gold member. The issues began upon arrival when the mobile check-in feature failed to provide a key, and what should have been a quick process turned into a lengthy, frustrating wait at the front desk. Pretty great location in terms of access to the whole metro and having everything we needed (and more!). Rooms were pretty standard Springhill Suites rooms, which we like because it is one of the few that accommodates our whole family. No response to requests on the app, but they were polite when we asked at the front desk. Good stay overall.
Worst experience at a Springhill suites and especially this specific one!
