As a *Titanium Elite* Marriott member, I’m disappointed: · No welcome gift was offered, despite status. · I requested a quiet room (and profile emphasizes this), but was placed next to I-215, one of Utah’s busiest highways, instead of the quiet mall side. · Booked two nights, stayed only one—the noise made it unbearable. This experience has me questioning my loyalty to Marriott. If elite status doesn’t even guarantee basic consideration, what’s the point? I’m seriously considering switching to another hotel loyalty program.
Front desk guy was rude. Room was gross.
