I have been staying here for years with nothing but great service. When this hotel first opened, they gave me a complimentary blanket and pillow. I have been a loyal customer up until today. I had the do not disturb sign on my door and while I was at work, housekeeping decided to ignore the do not disturb sign and enter my room. Now my water bottle is missing (probably got thrown out as they emptied my trash). It was on the desk. The night clerk needs to work on his verbal customer service skills.
