Very nice hotel, staff is amazing. Very kind and courteous centrally located to our venue and the college
After declining housekeeping twice, they still entered my room (I had all my personal and intimates out), The shower didn’t work, and Joyce in management was rude about all of not seeming to care about my invasion of privacy. She offered 5,000 points to fix it. Very disappointed. I’ve been to several Marriott’s that have messed up showers. I’ve never complained because i don’t like to complain… but the invasion of my privacy and the lack of professionalism with which it was handled is very disappointing
Excellent value. My television wasn’t the newest. Will stay again if the price is reasonable. Thank you
