They unfortunately refused to refund my reservation after I requested to cancel within 45 minutes of checking in and not yet using the room. Although they are referencing that this is part of protocol, I travel weekly, stay primarily at Marriott properties and I've been welcomed with this type of courtesy regularly. I would wait until you're absolutely 100% certain before booking here. Otherwise the room was as expected and staff was pleasant enough.
It is not the Peabody. Dont expect it to be. Its decent rooms, not too loud, it has a jacuzzi which is nice. Breakfast is plentiful.
