I will expand on this later, but short story is DO NOT STAY HERE. Ok here we go: From the moment I walked in, the front desk person had obviously never dealt with a federal traveler and tried to make that my problem. We pretty quickly escalated to getting the shift manager involved, who confirmed that I was right about how to check in a fed traveler. Then their card machine didn't work, and both the front desk person AND the manager insisted my card was the problem and not their machine. I got the card company on speakerphon... read more

When asked if we could have extra blankets they seemed confused and one person in our group was cold all night. Also there’s not pool here despite it saying there was.

We had a bad experience, the hotel replied to my original comment. Taking my feedback into consideration and apologizing I thought was really cool. They could of easily been like, thats a fake comment or ignored it. We all fall short sometimes, id def give them another try. Thanks Springhill Suites.
