The warmest welcome we possibly could have received coming off the highway at midnight after a long day on the road! The highlight of this hotel was the friendly service. Every employee we encountered during our stay was kind and considerate. Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Our king-sized room contained a sitting area with a large sofa. Great rooms( we booked the suite for four people) and a wonderful breakfast with hot and cold options.
Nice big rooms. The bed is a little worn but still was a nice stay
Room was nice. Staff was nice. Little long to check in because they overbooked the type of room I requested. The homeless guy walking the parking lot as we unpacked wasn't fun.
I want to THANK the staff especially Fin from front desk. On my last day, I misplaced my diamond necklace (later found). Fin went through all the camera footage and physically helped me did a sweep in my room. He was just amazing (patient, helpful) and even gave me late check out time so that I could re pack & relax after the eventful “drama” (all on me). Super grateful for Fin!
