I’ll start this off my saying I’m a Titanium level Marriott member; I travel every week for work. On the surface it looks nice. Stains all through the shower and dirty, tv has a constant blue hue on every channel, low water pressure, carpet stains, terrible lightning, hair on the sofa. Pics attached. I’ve been here 4 times waiting for it to improve. This is probably my last stay here unless it’s the only option for 30 miles.
Cozy and affordable hotel right in the heart of downtown butler. The breakfast was amazing!
Full disclosure: I didn't stay at this property but I visited with friends that did stay at SpringHill Suites Butler. The location is right in downtown Butler so it is close to businesses and restaurants. There is a large parking structure next to the property where you use your room key for access. Every member of the front desk staff that I saw interact with my friends were friendly and helpful. They gave a lot of good recommendations and were happy to offer bottled water on many occasions. This is a great hotel if you are staying in Butler PA! Highly recommend. Very clean, spacious, nice rooms. Breakfast in the morning. Parking garage easily accessible. Keep up the great work guys and girls, this was a great stay!
