3.5 This slightly older SpringHill Suites is located right in the heart of Downtown Butler, PA. This all-suites hotel is bright and clean, with a touch of modernization. Check-in was seamless, and my Status was recognized. My room was the standard SpringHill Suites layout and had enough space to work, stretch, and store my luggage. I love how clean the hotel is. The rooms are amazing and clean. I have room for my kids to sleep. We are a family of 5 and there is a bed under the sofa so everyone slept comfortably.
Very nice clean spacious rooms.beds were comfortable.lots of hot water in bath shower. Pool could be a little warmer. Parking garage.free breakfast was nice
No on-site parking, prices per night was 30-40 dollars higher then expected horrible room layout and when asked about refund or switching rooms was told to see manager and no manger available
Can’t thank Brian the night guy enough for helping us unlock our door on our stay! He was courteous and friendly! The hotel stay is great, but I would definitely stay again just because of him and his help.
