Horrible and unhelpful staff. Someone from the cleaning staff stole my wallet. The front desk/managers are unhelpful. I asked to speak to whoever cleaned the room and they refused. Stay away

Worn out old hotel. Dirty carpet. Staff didn't greet me like I was at a marriott. This is more like a motel 6.

Did not have sheets for trundle bed, trundle bed itself was nasty. Urine stains on the mattress pad. Freezer was not. It producing ice had stains. Hospitality was not great. I had to go to front desk to get to I toilet paper,. The carpet was nasty. Will not be coming to this location again nasty

First off the Hotel is out dated. Needs to be remodeled When I arrived, they checked me in . They gave me my room No, and key. I went to my assigned room #108 I went too room. I begin to put my Stuff away. I went to the bath room. I notice the Celling had what appeared to have mold on it. I called the front desk, He told me yo take pictures. I did , and took them to him. He said it was the paint Clearly it was mold. They change the room to 211 The internet did not work. The freezer was full of Ice The microwave did not work ... read more
