The manager, Jose, and the rest of the staff at this hotel is incredible. Jose went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We saw him deliver a birthday cake to a lady in the breakfast room, he brought our basketball team snacks, and he was so friendly and nice.
I don't know about the rooms but just looking at shreks swamp I was outta there, it's supposed to be Marriott?! Wow. I wonder how long it's been a swamp.
No luggage carts and needs updated badly.
