Bait and switch? or Laziness on the employee? or We'll take your money anyway we can get it? Our original stay was for 3 nights; private emergency circumstances required us to stay another 4 nights, so we went to the front desk to extend our stay. Clearly not interested in hosting sports teams. Made it difficult to get basic services like needing more towels, soap and toilet paper. If you don't want kids in your hotel, don't host youth sports tournaments.

Used to stay here frequently, work nightshift. Today I called and asked if they had available clean rooms. Whoever answered said yes but check in isn’t until 3pm. Attempted to explain that The hotel usually allows early check-in for an extra fee. Whoever answered was very confused as to why anyone would need to check in before 3pm. Got frustrated and just hung up.

I was unexpectedly charged $74.36 after checkout. When I contacted the hotel, the front desk told me there was no clear reason for the charge and that I would need to speak with the manager. It has now been 15 days with no resolution or refund, and I have not received any proper follow-up. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency regarding this billing issue.
