I specifically picked this hotel because it was outside of the city and thought it would be a good spot to stay after a concert. We checked in early about 3:30 pm to drop off our belongings. After the concert we arrived back at about 11:45 pm. We were woken up at 1 am by the adjoining room’s handicapped accessible door bell. Fantastic!! The lobby, front desk, room, bed, breakfast and location were all better than expected. Front desk Tee was very attentive and offered tips on shopping in the area, lovely lady!! We will return.
Only leaving three stars because the woman working at the front desk on 7/30/25 was absolutely amazing! The customer service was 10 out of 10. That being said: I really wanted to love this hotel. After staying at a very outdated Fairfield Inn a few hours away the night before, I was genuinely excited to check in here. When I arrived, everything seemed great. The rooms were nice except there was no running water most of my 4 night stay. Some times it was off and on, while some days it just never worked at all. The first day, they said someone was there to fix it, and it was all fixed. That turned out to be wrong. The last day I was there, they left a note under the door saying the water would be turned off starting at 11am to fix it (again). The water turned off in the middle of my shower around 7am.
