First time in a long time I stay in a clean Marriott hotel room
Excelente la experiencia de haber elegido este hotel como opción para mí estancia en Orlando FL.
Alberto at front desk either needs to get retrained or removed from the front desk attendant duties. He lacks customer service skills and it is shocking to see that he is employed by Marriott. He seems under qualified to even work at the 7-11 across the street.
We stayed here a few months ago for a family Orlando vacation and loved it! The location is out of the way, but it has a wawa and gas station and public all within walking distance. The staff were friendly, room large quiet and clean, great free breakfast, and plenty of free parking! It’s also only a 20 minute drive to most attractions we had no trouble getting around. All for a better price than the full service resorts. We will definitely stay here again on future Orlando trips!
