The location is very convenient. The rooms were good for a Springhill, but stayed in better. The service not up to par though. Requested extra blankets and never received them. The pool didn’t have any towels and when asked we were told they were stocked by the pool and again informed them there were no towels. We’re given room towels and not the pool towels usually available at Springhill pools.
Ana at front desk was excellent! She gave information about all features of the hotel. Katiusca the housekeeping supervisor also has an excellent actitud, we gave her our opinion about how nice and clean is the whole hotel!
We felt very comfortable at any moment, even when we arrived very late night after all day in the park, when we enter the hotel was like arriving home, we knew we will spend a good night.
