Staying here was a nightmare!! The receptionist and manager were rude and unprofessional. Got charged double plus extra fees that were not disclosed to us before booking. They will not answer our phone calls, we were told the manager was too busy… Overall worst experience ever.
This hotel is conveniently located and offers rooms that can accommodate larger families/groups. My family of 6 stayed in a double queen suite with sofa bed. There are many food options in the area ranging from fast food to restaurants and also shopping stores near by such as Wal-Mart, Burlington, and Ross. The staff and service are phenomenal. I stayed here for an extended work stay and the team here really helped me get acclimated.
I've stayed here multiple times...Staff is great...Rooms are nice and spacious...plenty of restaurants in the area to go dine...Also close to the OKC Airport.
