Had a very nice Titanium Elite stay here. Room was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Kevin for going above and beyond!
- Service: Non-existent. I arrived with 4 massive suitcases, and the front desk staff completely ignored me. No offer to help whatsoever. - Cleanliness: The entire hotel has a weird, unpleasant odor. The bath towels smelled musty and gross. - Facilities: A complete disaster. There is only ONE washing machine for the entire hotel. The queue was ridiculous, and guests almost got into a physical fight over it. - Value: Unbelievably overpriced. It costs even more than the Sheraton Palo Alto, but the quality is sub-zero.
Very nice rooms. The service was okay, we had to pay for parking, which is very silly considering they have so many spaces, are in a part of town that isn't dense whatsoever, and don't have valet parking. The breakfast was mediocre.
