I would NEVER return to this hotel again. It's located in the suburbs and yet they charge for daily parking, even though 80% of the parking lot is empty. They think more about the customer's wallet than their comfortable stay. When questioned, they said it's the "trend" now. They said I should be happy they only charge $10 a day when other hotels charge $40 a night (incorrect info). The hotel was very nice. We stayed for one night and we had a very pleasant experience overall. The breakfast was very hearty and I’ve been to so many hotels, food was flavorful. Our best experience was with Julieta the person who was in charge of the breakfast station. She was very sweet and friendly. She had excellent customer service skills
Do not stay at this hotel beware! I think this hotel got new staff. The manager Jessica Rossin is rude and horrible. I hope she steps down as a manger she treats ppl with the. Upmost disrespect. My first time staying in a SpringHill and I’m impressed with the kind staff and the spacious rooms! Shoutout to Kevin at reception for a smooth check in experience and Anish for a smooth checkout. This hotel is perfect for extended stays for large groups of people or families. The rooms will sleep a family of four or five as they offer a sofa bed and two double beds. Long day, and I was already frustrated... Kevin at the front desk turned our night right around!! Kevin is personable and knowledgeable-he made it very easy to check in. Rooms are spacious and clean with a nice arrangement. The room we stayed in had two queen beds, a desk, and a trundle bed/couch. Beds are really comfortable, not too soft, and not too firm.
