This was our second time staying at SpringHill Suites. The pool is a heated indoor pool that we noticed is cleaned every day. It's a great temperature with plenty of seating. The provided breakfast had an excellent selection. During our stay in February there was a hot chocolate station in the lobby in the day. This trip during summer they provided lemonade and ice tea. While there were some spots in the room that needed some refurbishment, we felt it smelled clean and spacious. This is our go to place for our Mystic weekend... read more
The wall paper was literally falling off the walls in the bathroom . The bathtub was heavily caulked and there was a hole in the middle of the tub that was plugged and caulked. No fan the bathroom. The beds were old and sacked out, The pool is right by the desk and the floor is always wet. They have wet floor signs everywhere but you have to walk around the signs and walk on the very wet floors to get to the elevator.
