It was a far nicer and more spacious room than I anticipated! The rooms were recently renovated and look very clean and nice. The only detractors were - the mattress was kind of hard and the AC unit (which worked very well) was loud when it kicked on and woke both my husband and I up every time it kicked on.
Usually. A great place to stay. Blond rep at customer service desk wow what an attitude!! I have stayed at this hotel several times. This past April I stayed pool and hot tub were nice but room door did not shut or lock. They gave me another room. Rooms are nice and clean ! Revisited in August again room door did not lock correctly and phone did not work. Another room again plus an attitude from the blond customer service rep at the front desk.
