The SpringHill Suites in Lumberton, NC. It is located off I-95, but I came on another road, so I missed the entrance as it was somewhat hidden. Check-in was super friendly and helpful. I was given a room on the top floor and even given a recommendation for dinner. When I arrived, there was a baby shower in the lobby, and possibly a family reunion. Convenient location right off I-95. We stayed on the third floor; the room was clean and had no odor. We were surprised to see the hotel is pet-friendly—we didn’t notice this when booking and hadn’t seen it in reviews, only realized after seeing a guest with a dog. We booked one king bed and a trundle bed(Counch looking bed with pullout bed). After 10 stays over the past 6 years, you have lost a loyal customer. I messaged your property around 10pm last evening with my confirmation number to inform you that we would be arriving very late, possibly 2am. We arrived around 3:00 a.m. after a 10-hour drive, only to find the two front desk employees engaged in a personal negative conversation about other guests.
