The management and staff were great, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the property itself felt very old and dated. Our room had a strong smoky smell, and it seemed like heavy fragrance was being used to cover it up, which made the room uncomfortable. The hotel feels like an older property with a quick facelift rather than a true refresh. Based on the room condition, I’m not sure it lives up to the Marriott standard.
Great hotel, clean rooms and staff was very helpful and friendly.
Employees using the discount don’t usually receive surveys but I just came here to give Holly & Alyse their flowers for such friendly service. I spoke to Alyse on the phone about changing to a QNQN and Holly checked me in and both were so sweet 😊 The room was also huge and very clean! Would recommend for sure.
