Horrible. Would less than one star if the option was available. I live 6 minutes away and have stayed at this Marriott 3-4 times in the past. Paid $300 ( 189. + taxes &fees) to stay overnight because my house was having a service done and my husband and I needed a place to stay overnight. After three hours, I found out that my home was safe to go back into and I asked for a refund. I was told that I could not have a refund because they couldn’t find a maid to clean my room, even though it wasn’t dirty. I could see being char... read more
The main draw to staying at this hotel was the location. Everything Thanksgiving Point has to offer, plus a convenience store and other restaurant options, are a short walk away. The hotel is clean & inviting. Breakfast had a lot of delicious options. Staff was friendly & helpful. Definitely worth another visit.
