My 2 adult children and I stayed at this hotel on 08/12/25 as we were moving my daughter to Wisconsin to go to UW Madison Veterinary College. This was the best hotel that we have ever stayed at (and we have taken several road trips over the years). The hotel and room were super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very polite, helpful and professional. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we travel through Kansas City, MO next time!
Overall it's a decent hotel for just a night or two but I wouldn't return based on my personal preference. The hotel looks modern and stylish but I didn't find the room functional nor the bed comfy. The soundproofing was also lacking as I could hear the people in the next room clearly. The shutting of the door was extremely loud, the bed was a more plush with overly fluffy pillowtop and thick and heavy duvets which I find annoying. The pillows lacked firmness and support.
