This hotel is amazing and full of great amenities. The staff was very professional and welcoming. I was very impressed with the design and decor of the hotel. Thank you so much for this wonderful hotel. Wonderful staff, clean beds, and best of all Tressa with the breakfast. She was so efficient at all she was doing to up keep. I must say this is the first hotel ive gone for seconds for breakfast and dont feel sick after eating.
Terrible and non-transparent billing practices by the management staff! I am an Ambassador Elite and I stay at the hotel for business frequently. Over the past 2 trips the hotel has been charging me between $25 to $50 per night extra over the booking rate. I provided the questionable billing information to the hotel management via my business email and never heard back from them.
