I stayed here in July during a very difficult time in my life…my husbands funeral. The staff was so amazing…everyone was so thoughtful and kind. I returned to my room one evening and there was a gift…a card signed by each staff member….a large box of kleenex( much needed) and an orchid plant. This meant the world to me at that time….not only was everyone there friendly, smiling and kind, but the hotel was beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable. The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star experience is that the pool is VERY small and there is no hot-tub. I could overlook the small pool if there was a hot-tub (like there is at their Frankenmuth location), but it was disappointing not to have that. Other than that the beds are great, room is very clean and modern, as is the hotel overall. Location is great as it's only a 10 minute drive to downtown Holland, and there's ample parking here and you're not paying downtown rates. I'd definitely stay here again, especia... read more
Good location, but the rooms weren’t well cleaned. Not horrible, but not the best.
Great hotel. Pleased with staff, rooms, amenities and location. Right in the center and easy to get everywhere you would want to go. Would stay here again
