Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. En arrivant personne en réception soûlé d’être là.. nous a fait le Check in en 2 min sans nous expliquer quoi que ce soit…. OK rapide efficace je pensais. À première vue tout semblait bien, chambre grande et spacieuse, silencieuse hôtel assez récent. En regardant en profondeur on s’est aperçu que le ménage n’est pas bien fait, poussière, des traces sur les vitres du bureau, salle de bain et miroirs ! Facility is under horrible management! Other than the rooms, everything was quite dirty! My father is handicapped and we booked his room a month in advance, and the only handicap shower accommodation room was already booked to someone else. Pick a different hotel! There are others near by

We got in at check in time and was told no rooms were ready. When asked they said, “there’s no guarantee the room will be ready by 3:00 pm.” We asked to speak to the manager multiple times during our 4 day stay and never heard back from them. It was always “we will update them when they get in and see what we can do.” With no response. Then… my husband GOT STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR for an hour. This is not a full survive hotel. First of all, they don't provide housekeeping services every day, even if you ask for it. They do not have caffeinated coffee. I don't know if this is because the owners have a religious objection to caffeine, but there is no caffeinated coffee here. They have four decaffeinated coffees in the room and when you ask for caffeinated coffees, they do not provide it. The breakfast is very Gordon food services, but left out for a couple of days. Stayed at alot of Marriotts. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Staff at reception was terrible, room was dirty. After being on the road for 10 hours all I wanted was to relax and get some sleep, people above had running children stomping on my ceiling. Tried to get front desk to do something and they were nowhere to be found. There were however several people waiting to check in and they had waited for 30 plus minutes with Noone around. Don't stay here!
