The rooms are pretty basic, clean, but nothing special. Had an issue with the TV and they fixed it promptly. The only complaint I have is the pillow pillows, you’ll often get pillows of different densities, these ones are all pretty light and flatten out a little too easy. One pillow, two flat, two pillows too tall. Not really a big deal, everything else was pretty good
Seems like there was water damage that was not properly repaired. Visible damage on ceiling, closet, and bathroom wood frame hanging by a thread and could not be locked. Morning menu was okay but I had better. Night clerk Avery was a pleaser to talk to and keep this insomniac company.
Just like other SpringHill suites, but happy with the stay. Large room with office area and couch. Great price during the winter!
Spacious room size, separated desk is fantastic when working.
